Shop regulations

1)Orders

Online orders are taken via our order form available on our website Orders are taken 24h a day 7 days a week all year round. If you place your order after 3pm, at the weekend or at bank holiday we  start to process your order next working day. We confirm all orders via e-mail We reserve the right not to accept your order if you do not provide all the necessary information to carry out the order or fail to pay within 7 working days since placing your order the products offered may slightly differ from those pictured in our catalogue  which cannot be a case of any complaints.

2) Prices

All prices quoted in euros and dollars and include taxes. On customers demand we provide basic invoices. We do not provide VAT receipts. The prices stated in our shop are always up to date and binding.The shipping costs are not included. We reserve the right to discontinue products, change prices and to cancel all promotions and sales.

3) Shipping info

We mail our orders Monday to Friday via Poczta Polska We dispatch orders within 24h since the payment is cleared. When your order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement and when the order is shipped you will receive an email to inform you of your order status. Te estimated delivery time may vary due to different reasons. If the order was not fulfilled due to customer fault, wrong address etc..  we reserve the right to charge the customer with shipping costs.

4) Methods of payment

We accept : PayPal Bank transfer In case of paying via bank transfer, please state the number of your order and your name.

International priority shipping 7EUR/10 USD On orders over 100EUR/130 USDwe offer free shipping

6) Returns

We accept returns or exchange of goods within 10 days since the receiving date Customers pay the shipping costs of returned goods Privacy policy When placing an order customer agrees to the shop policy. At AB-Fly Shop we respect the privacy and protection of your personal data Personal details are used only to carry out the orders and are not given to any third party.
