Between September 2 and September 7, 2022 with my friends we went to Norway on the river Glomma to the place where the European Fly Tying Championships took place this year. Our goal was to catch graylings and this goal was met in 100%. We found perfect weather, low water level and lots of fish willing to cooperate. We fished with dry flies and small nymphs, each of these methods brought the expected results in the form of numerous caught graylings. For me personally, perdigon flies (not only in Norway) made a sensation. These are flies to which I devoted a lot of time over the last year, both to make them and to test them on various rivers. They are a great discovery for me and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for fishing.
